Brejinha – A story of healing
Meet Brejinha, a middle-sized Alentejano mix with a gentle soul. She is about ten years old. She has a shoulder height of 58 centimeters and is already neutered.
Brejinia came to us in very poor condition, extremely thin and worn down by life. Right now, she is still in the process of healing. We are giving her the time, food, medical care, and safety she needs to regain her strength and slowly rebuild trust in humans. Because of this, we are not actively placing her for adoption yet. Her journey is still unfolding, and she deserves to arrive in her next chapter feeling stronger and more secure.
If, however, you already feel a connection to her, you are very welcome to reach out. In a couple of months, once she has gained weight, healed further, and formed more bonds with people, Brejinia may be ready to move into a loving home. We are happy to share more about her and her progress with anyone who is genuinely interested.
