Are you looking for a big, gentle and beautiful dog?
Nero is about two and a half years old, and he immediately draws attention. With a shoulder height of around 73 cm, he is a very large dog. When he comes closer, his gentle character becomes clear right away. He is very attentive and deeply kind in the way he moves and connects.
Nero came from Turkey and spent his early life on the street. He was rescued by Terra Canis Dog Sanctuary as a way to show our solidarity with the animal activists in Turkey who try to save the Turkish street dogs from cruelty and euthanasia by the state. Nero’s path shows strength and resilience and he has an incredibly sweet and loving character.
Nero is a gentle giant, he connects beautifully with children and lives harmoniously with other dogs. It was very easy to integrate him in our pack. His presence feels warm and grounded. He is very easy to get along with.
Nero thrives in a place with space. If you have a larger piece of land and would like a caring companion, who takes good care of you and your family, he may be the perfect fit. Nero offers a steady companionship that brings ease into daily life. Spending time with him often creates an immediate sense of connection.
