🐾 Meet Piran – A Little Survivor in Need of Love 🐾
Sweet Piran, a less than a year old Podengo mix, has already lived through more than any puppy ever should. Born into a heartbreaking situation, his previous owners had a cruel practice—each time their dog had puppies, they would kill them. But this time, Piran’s brave mother did something incredible—she hid her litter, trying to protect them.
When we learned about their situation, we knew we had to act. We convinced the owners to let us take the last surviving puppies and, most importantly, to have the mother neutered, ensuring she would never have to go through this again. Now, Piran is safe at Terra Canis Dog Sanctuary, where he is learning that humans can be kind, gentle, and full of love.
Piran is a shy but incredibly sweet boy. He’s still learning to trust, to walk on a leash, and to believe that he is safe. With patience and love, we know he will heal and grow into a wonderful, devoted companion.
Now, he just needs a forever home—a family who will show him that life can be beautiful. If you have a gentle heart and a little patience, Piran will reward you with a love like no other.
